What are Ember Days?

Learn about the fall Ember Days, and how we can pray and fast in thanksgiving for God's blessings! I have also included a simple meal plan for the fall Ember Days with links to yummy recipes. Please note: Children/elderly who are not of fasting age, pregnant/nursing women, or others who are unable to fast should not follow this meal plan.
